Like many, I spent my 40's feeling life was passing me by. The pressures of midlife led to me adopting unhealthy habits that dampened my energy and led to health complications.
As I approached 50, I made a bold decision; to focus on health and fitness, despite not being active since my very early 20's.
I believed if I felt better I would live better and it proved to be true. losing weight, dropping body fat and curing various health conditions in the process.
